It all started six years ago!  Someone loved my side dishes so much that they placed an order for all of them! Because of the overwhelming response,  my daughters said, “Mama you should go ahead and start your catering business!….people are ordering your sides and they love them!” They suggested I call it “On The Side!” The name and idea stuck, and here we are today! Who knew that dishes that were inspired by my mother, grandmother, and aunt would turn into something so amazing!
